VALENTINE’S DAY COCKAIL FUN *The Ultimate Food/Wine Experience:* Food: Cheesecake, Raspberry Sauce and shaved chocolate Wine: Banfi Rosa Regale SAINT VALENTINE Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz white rum 1/2 oz Fonseca Bin 27 Ruby Port 1/2 oz orange curacao or Grand Marnier 1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice Preparation: Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. STRAWBERRY KISS Ingredients: 1 oz Tequila Rose 1/2 oz light rum 1 oz chocolate liqueur 1 oz half and half Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. CHERUB’S CUP Ingredients: 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur 2 parts vodka, citrus vodka, or Hendricks Gin 3/4 part fresh lemon juice 1/4 shot simple syrup 1 part muddled strawberry top with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine strawberry for garnish Preparation: Shake and strain over fresh rocks in a collins glass.
